Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy describes Dipno Agent, a personal-use assistant operated by Paul Farris. It distinguishes this public information website from the private assistant and its Google integration. Contact: dipno.agent@gmail.com.
Information accessed
With authorization, the assistant can access Google Calendar events and calendar metadata; Drive file contents, names, identifiers, and metadata; Google Docs content; and Google Sheets content. It can create or change resources as permitted by the granted scopes and user instructions. Google permissions may permit broader access than the subset needed for a particular task.
The assistant also processes user messages, task instructions, conversation context, generated outputs, and technical records needed to operate integrations. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored for continued authorized access. The current Google authorization does not include Gmail or Contacts.
Purpose and use
Information is used to carry out user-requested assistance, including searching and summarizing information, managing events, drafting documents, updating spreadsheets, and saving outputs. Relevant content may become part of conversation context or saved task results. Google data is not used for advertising or sold.
External services and AI processing
Relevant task content, including Google data, may be transmitted to the external AI model provider configured for a request to generate a response or perform the requested task. Hosting, backup, and communication providers may process or store data involved in operating the assistant. This is not an entirely on-device or server-only processing arrangement.
Provider selection and service settings can change. Contact the operator for the providers and data-handling settings currently in use before submitting sensitive information. Outputs are sent to other people or destinations only as part of an authorized task or when required by law.
Google API data commitments
Dipno Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data will not be used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Service providers used to process that data must be configured or contracted consistently with these commitments.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Credentials, conversation history, technical logs, and generated files may be retained on the assistant's hosting infrastructure, connected storage such as Google Drive, and backups. There is no automatic deletion period promised by this policy. Retention depends on the configured services, task needs, and manual cleanup.
The authorized user can request deletion of assistant-held data by contacting the operator. Disconnecting Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete previously saved outputs, conversation history, or Google files. Backup copies and service-provider records may persist under their applicable retention arrangements. Deletion from Google Drive or other connected services is a separate action.
Access controls and revocation
Private assistant access and credentials are intended only for authorized use. No system can guarantee absolute security. You can review and remove the Google connection through Google Account third-party connections; you can also ask the operator to disconnect it.
This public website
These static pages contain no sign-in form, analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, or external fonts. The web host may still retain ordinary request logs, such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, and browser details. Contacting the published email address sends information through the relevant email services.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated when the integration's data practices change. Questions or data requests can be sent to dipno.agent@gmail.com.
